Free Winter Spirit Screensaver 1.0

It is the end of November at the time of writing this; you are probably expecting to see some snow fall come December. When that happens, you will probably want to celebrate by decorating your computer in accordance to the beautiful snow covered scenery outside. This is where the 3D Screensaver Jam-developed Free Winter Spirit Screensaver comes in.

This screensaver puts images of snow covered scenery on your monitor. When your computer goes idle, the Free Winter Spirit Screensaver kicks in and displays all sorts of “wintery” scenes. The screensaver uses various transition effects when it moves from one image to another.

The Free Winter Spirit Screensaver, by default, also displays a white clock in the bottom right hand corner of the screen. If you do not like this clock, or if you find it distracting, you can disable it from the screensaver’s settings pane. If you like the clock but you don’t like its position, color, size, or format, you can change the clock’s position, color, size, or format from the aforementioned settings pane.

Supported OS – at the time of writing this and according to the developer, Free Winter Spirit Screensaver provides support for Windows 95, 98, ME, 2000 and Windows XP. Tested the screensaver out on a Windows 7-powered machine and it worked fine on it, even though the developer does not mention Windows 7 support.
Limitations – there are no limitations because Free Winter Spirit Screensaver is freeware. You can use the screensaver for as long as you want and not part with your hard earned money.
